Dr allred is great, the staff is not, I have not gotten my equipment, replaced in 9 months, my first appointment, The receptionist, almost put me in by the wrg name, I come in for them to down load, and I'm still waiting for a response, to have my replacement, it's been 9 months
the positive the people are friendly (ish) in their friendliness there is a bit TMI of personal information. That is not the reason for the the single star. I went to get some help with existing Restless leg info. Dr Allred never asked the normal questions when do you stop caffeine intake, how much water do you drink, do you have a family history etc. On the plus side he did suggest I have my iron levels checked. Super those results were available over 2 weeks ago I have yet to get a phone call?
Went there to be seen by a Dr. and I was. And then given a watch type of apparatus to wear overnight for a home sleep study. The office manager was concerned that I return the watch the very next day. I did all while taking time from my work day to do so. Then I'm told that it didn't work, nothing recorded. So the not so pleasant not is she knowledgeable about the equipment or place she works suggested I have some patience and wait for an explanation. Do not go here. To start, they have the absolute worst directions to this office. I was going into every building (and garage) trying to find it. Parking at Riddle is a nightmare as well - that's $3 as well. Second, Dr. Allred had me take some expensive breathing tests ($200), and upon seeing the results told me he didn't believe them - and I did not receive any treatment for my breathing condition.
