The test was a breathing test test and the wonderful person the guided me thru was very professional, caring and making sure test was being administered to me correctly. I feel finally someone cared and really concerned about finding the answers. Did not get her name but she's a winner for patient
Before today, I've never been to a medical office where the provider outwardly could not care less. That provider's name is Phyllis Phelps. The doctor that I saw here initially must have retired and sold the practice. This place is significantly different now and not in a good way. They have all new PA's.
