I had my appointment with Dr. Lessnau and all I could think to myself during my interaction with him was how pleasant and attentive he is. He took his time to listen to my concerns as well as explain everything in great detail and not just doctor talk or be dismissive with me. Dr. Lessnau actually took the time to look at my medical history as well as my families to see why could be causing my underlying issues. Cancelled my appointment the day before with zero explanation after waiting for weeks. Based on the other reviews, I’m happy this was the case.
Saw Klaus-Dieter Lessnau recently. He refused to answer any of my questions, was short-tempered, gave minimal information, was combative and arrogant. I asked for alternatives to the treatment he proposed, and he was immediately dismissive and said "there is nothing to discuss". I literally had to say "I would appreciate an answer to my question", and he just stared at me without saying a word. I have never seen a doctor this abrasive. I had a frustrating experience with a sleeping prescription issue that could have been avoided with better communication. My medication dosage was changed without ANY prior discussion. I continued taking the sleep medication as prescribed formerly and went to the pharmacy only to be notified that they couldn’t issue me any refills.
