Went for home sleep study, received results no follow up refered to mid west dental that never picks up the phone. Long story short I do not have a solution to my problem called the office staff is very rude . Will tell my doctor why the hell does he refer this bum.
People may say he is top in his field, but my 5 year experience says NO!! He may know just the lungs but I also have disorders not treated by pulmonary but the lungs are highly involved in, and he refused to take these other conditions into account when treating me. In doing this, he had me believe I had asthma and took meds for it, but with my new doctor and all my test results for 5 years, I do not have asthma and never needed the meds he prescribed. Pompous, arrogant and condescending.
Dr Jordan seems to be a great doctor but their office staff are rude and not helpful. I was trying to find when I first received my CPAP machine, which Dr Jordan told me was on recall, and all I got from the lady who answered the phone was “we don’t have that information.”. I know they have it because Jordan showed it to me. They need to fix their office problems.
I have no idea why there are bad reviews about the Elgin office or Dr. Jordan. Everyone is polite, patient, and understanding. I have a rare genetic disorder and neurocognitive disorder. My appointment had to be changed on their end due to change in drs. They phoned me and I had to schedule a ride because I don't drive due to seizures. They were so kind about it.
