I went to st Clair.pulmonary today and saw Dr. Reddy. I’ve seen him before and found him to be either nice or rude. Well today he was extremely rude with no manners at all. I was in the medical field for over 30 years and have dealt with many doctors. I will not go back there again and be subjected to such behavior.
This is primarily for the snarky young lady answering calls today . Jan 5th . called in to see my pulmonologist because I’m starting to have a flare up , and she tells me well march is the soonest I can schedule and with her snark says go to the hospital . I guess either I find a new pulmonary care or they find people that know how to schedule . I’m trying to prevent going to the hospital!
Same thing every year, went in a month ago to the day, and still no script! The doctor is great but the staff sucks!
