This place shouldn't even exist. If I could give negative five stars I would! If you value your health stay away. The Doctors.... if you want to call them that and the help from top to bottom left to right are massively incompetent. There is simply not one nice thing to say about this place other than they have the market cornered on ineptitude and they do it effortlessly. So that's got to count for something. Dr. Jordan is a great doctor and also the nurse onsite was nice to us. However the front desk receptionist was extremely vulgar and had a bad tone when we were trying to check in. The receptionist appeared very aggravated as she handed me a list of my clients medications. The receptionist asked if any medication were changed. I told her she is taking a new medication and the receptionist said “ well then write it down” in a angry tone. Just not a pleasant experience today.
You will regret going to this office. My advice go to another office and find another doctor. If you are sick go to doctors and an office that cares, and is competent. Not his one.
The doctor who treated my mother (Hussain) for the last 2+ years seems fine. We are leaving this practice after suffering repeated unpleasant encounters with the office staff. Their incompetence is surpassed only by their rudeness. The receptionist is especially terrible to deal with. It’s not just a thing they have for us. We’ve witnessed plenty of ugly behavior directed at other patients.
