They overbook. As you walk in, you encounter a sign stating that “if you are more than 15 min after your scheduled appointment, you will need to reschedule”… however, when they or the doctors are running over 1.5 hours behind, you are just expected to sit and wait your turn. The least the receptionists can do is call the clients with appointments to inform them of the delay or reschedule. The clients/patients time is just as important and valuable as the doctor’s time. Poor service at best. Seek another provider.
Update…..so one week later & no one has called me. They simply assumed what I needed & sent my referral to same rheumatologist that Dr. Usman referred me to at my last visit on 10/8. I tried to contact them several times to tell them that I wanted the referral sent to another doctor in St. Augustine ( there was another reason I tried to contact them, but gave up on that one.). 5 days of texting and leaving messages without one response, not even a simple yes or no. When the Dr. Did my lung test and surgeries they were attentive. Now, following up on a test I took, not so much.
This place is horrible. I am a patient of theirs but no matter if I call, text, leave messages, etc. No one replies back. I need my numbers adjusted because my machine isnt working for me and these people can't even be bothered. This place is gonna go out of business at this rate. I think I'm gonna physically show up and raise some hell for me and everyone who this doctor office is screwing over.
