My husband scheduled an appointment last November and the soonest availability they had was early January. They called the week before to say they had to cancel (with no explanation) and rescheduled him for early February. They just called today (4 days before his appointment) and said they need to reschedule again because they’re going to be closed on they day they moved his appointment to. I have called three times and the doctors have yet to return my calls. I am getting worse and coughing more. Time to find a better doctor.
This office is the worst, customer service is non existent, they need to get their stuff together, I hate even dealing with them, they scheduled a sleep study for me but forgot to tell me it was cancelled
