If I could give this office zero stars, I would. My father, who lives in an assisted living facility due to dementia, was scheduled to be seen here following a bilateral pulmonary embolism. I met him at the office so I could accompany him to his first appointment. If referred here’s decline the referral and ask your Dr for any other option but them. Their office staff is not educated in how to conduct professional office report. I interacted with two different people in the office a woman whose name I did not get and a man named Timothy. They answer the phone very abruptly and vague requiring you to confirm that you called the right office. When in the middle of making a new patient appt the woman put me on hold and then Timothy picked up answering with “doctors office…” leaving me cl... read more

I found the office staff wonderful and helpful and just love the doctor. Excellent.

Does your staff work for free there? Absolutely kranky and rude receptionist said she does not have any appointments at all unless I can do December 13th. I let her know that I won't be able to do that date, but I need the soonest before or after that. She proceeded that she does not have any availability. I asked - well okay, the doctor cannot be booked for eternity🤭 so turned out she very well had availability for 14th 15th etc. You don't have to be miserable if you don't like your job! Just quit.
