One of the worst billing departments I've ever come across. I've been calling repeatedly about a follow-up procedure that my doctor assured me would have no cost and I still received a bill for. Its been over almost a YEAR and still no resolution.
Excellent physicians. They treat a variety of lung issues. They do allergy testing and breathing tests on site. Handicap parking and entrance. Large staff. The only downside is that they are so busy you will have to wait about a month for an appointment. My Doctor (Hay) was very kind, friendly and caring.
The worst medical administrative experience I have ever had. I don’t normally review but find any other sleep center you can.
This office is heartless. No type of consideration for patients that are suffering. My mother was having difficulty and called the after hours number 7-7-2023. Whoever was on call had an abrasive tone and at one part remarked “What do you want me to do?” My mother ended up dying the next day. The nurse doesn’t call you back and when they do again it’s more abrasiveness. Why work in healthcare when you really don’t care or have empathy for people.
