How do you say thank you for saving my life. I went for my first appointment last week. When I got there, my right leg had swollen from thigh to toes * extremely painful. After checking in & in pain, the receptionist called & a nurse came out to look at me. (Don't know the names of my heros) She immediately said, go to the Chippingham Hospital ER( whole different story,) across the street rite now!! I requested no ambulance transport. I saw their sleep therapist for 7 months. Nice guy, but basically useless. His "treatment" was a printout of "dos and donts" of better sleep, which I could have found on Google. As I told him my story and problems, he took no notes at all. We met again in two months, and he asked me the same questions, and I basically had to tell him everything again. I've been mostly pleased with PAR. I was a little disappointed back in July 2025. I needed an appointment with Dr. Vinson because I was constantly coughing with no other symptoms. It was scheduled and then I was called back and told the parking lot was being paved and no in person appointments were going to be held but I could talk to someone on Telemed (I believe that's what it is called). Terrible customer service! Would not recommend! They called to reschedule apt. Stated they would email info on changes since I was at the store. Got home, never got the email, called to confirm the date and new address, verified, asked if I needed to be there 15 before 11:00, only to be told they cancelled my 11:00 am apt and changed to 8:30 am. NO ONE CALLED TO LET ME KNOW! WOW! Cancelled, would rather wait 6 months to go somewhere else with better customer service!
