I have been a patient here for over 10 years. First in Henrico; then in Chesterfield. Both locations have been absolutely fantastic. If you are in need of a pulmonologist or sleep specialist I highly recommend them.
Brutal. Just Brutal. Painful practice to navigate. Extra appointments required just to bill insurance (and additional co-pays).
Atrocious experience. Their office does not send orders in a timely fashion (or at all, in some cases.) There is a constant queue of 20+ callers before you can speak with someone (who are presumably having the same issue) and they frankly don’t seem to care. I believe they have one lady taking the calls (who is more than likely working from home) and is more preoccupied with other tasks as opposed to sending orders to hospitals or assisting patients. Seek a doctor elsewhere.
Very poor experience. I’m a physician myself and the nurse practitioner spoke to me for about 3 minutes and came to the conclusion my complaints were due to menopause despite having problems with insomnia since I was a child. I will not recommend this practice to my physician colleagues for sure. Office staff was nice and the facility was clean so that why I gave it 2 stars.
I am giving five stars only because two individuals in the Midlothian office. I’m not mentioning the doctors name And unfortunately, I don’t have anything positive to say about the doctor, but as you will see below I was assisted by two individuals who went above and beyond.
