I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran with severe spinal injuries. I have a pain pump in my abdomen but still can't sit for long. I had an appointment on 11/5/2025. I was told to be there at 4:55 pm. I finally walked out two hours after my appointment time...yes at 7:00 pm...and I STILL HAD NOT BEEN SEEN. Several people came in with appointments after me who were seen before me...maybe because the VA doesn't pay as much.
