They apparently have a policy where if you cancel twice you can’t be seen there again. No one mentioned this to me when I made my appointments. Life came up and I was unable to make two appointments in a row. I called to reschedule both times but now they won’t see me and I have to find another pulmonologist. Very disappointed.
