This was my first visit and Malika at the front desk was so nice even when I had not completed ALL of my new patient paperwork, and then the MA Hermela was nice and made me feel relaxed while taking my vitals. Lastly, meeting Justin Mukhalian as my new physician put me at ease of having to change doctors because my previous one closed down. He asked me questions to make sure that everything was covered and he was nice and patient with answering my questions. Dr was very patient. Explained the procedure well. Which calmed my anxiety.
Mela and Jojo are the best! They answer my questions and get back with me in a timely fashion, I just love them both and they laugh with me when I have silly questions! 😁
