I’m very disappointed with the way the phone is handled at this office. The woman who answers the phone—I believe her name is Lynn—has been consistently rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience with her. She interrupts before you can finish speaking and asks questions in a very abrupt, disrespectful manner. Im a bit lost right now. Dr. Desai is supposedly an in network provider for the VA, yet they referred me, a veteran, to an ENT that happened to NOT be in network. This put me recieving my procedure so far behind. Not a good situation to be in. Dr. Desai really is a good person. I just cant understand how such a critical detail gets easily overlooked. At first glance, thats nothing less than carelessness and its absolutely a sloppy error.

I can’t thank Dr. Desai enough. He diagnosed and treated my sleep apnea, and the improvement in my sleep and energy has been life-changing. He’s an excellent doctor, and his staff makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. So grateful!
