Recently had a virtual visit and the experience was terrible!!! They called me to move my appointment from 12:30 PM to 12 PM. I was still in the “waiting room” at 12:21 PM so I called to see what was going on they advised that doctor was finishing up with another patient. Then they finally joined the video appointment and was annoyed my connection was as bad. Worst service and worst people. I would have give -5 if possible. I had some pending balance which they were suppose to send me the bill for it. Without sending any notice they reported to debt collection company which affected my credit score and it showed up on my credit report. When you call them they don’t answer your calls or even of you leave a voicemail they do not respond. Please save yourself some time if you don’t want to lower your credit score or have a derogatory remark on your credit report. These people useles... read more
These people are unprofessional from the doctor to the staff. I had a telemed appointment in which the doctor came into the "room" and hung up on me. I waited for doctor to come back and the doctor never did. Then two months later they had the nerve to bill me, then report me to a debt collector. My phone calls for the most part to the office to straighten out the matter went unanswered. Even if you have to go out of state for a doctor, do not go to this practice!
