Dr. Toosey was honest, kind, and brilliant. He answered all my questions, lots of them, very patiently. I felt totally safe and heard. I would strongly recommend him.
I experienced terrible service from Dr. Toosy and staff. I waited 4 months for a sleep study machine receiving excuses “in high demand”, “one is broken”, “we’re acquiring a new vendor contract”, “we’ll get you one before your surgery, I promise”…..I waited from August to December for the machine. In between was made to “see” him in October in-person for clearance for my scheduled surgery. He gave this clearance without me even having the sleep test. My PCP told me I was being too patient with their office. I almost switched ... read more
