I experienced terrible service from Dr. Toosy and staff. I waited 4 months for a sleep study machine receiving excuses “in high demand”, “one is broken”, “we’re acquiring a new vendor contract”, “we’ll get you one before your surgery, I promise”…..I waited from August to December for the machine. In between was made to “see” him in October in-person for clearance for my scheduled surgery. He gave this clearance without me even having the sleep test. IF YOU HAVE ANY LUNG ISSUES AVOID THIS PRACTICE!!! This place treated me horribly and gaslit me to protect themselves!!! I would not recommend this practice at all… the staff protects themselves and blames you for their errors…and when you try to resolve the issue they talk to you like your an idiot and they don’t even have the facts straight!! He's a good doctor. He isn't the warm and fuzzy type. He's straight forward and that is off-putting. As doctors go, he's ok.
I HAVE GONE TO DR. TOOSY FOR YEARS AND HE'S WONDERFUL. HE IS VERY STRAIGHT FORWARD, EXTREMELY THOROUGH WITH ALL MEDICATION AND PROCEDURES. I WOULD NEVER WANT ANOTHER DR FOR PULMONARY EXCEPT DR. TOOSY . IN FACT I HAVE RECOMMENDED HIM TO SEVERAL PEOPLE. I WISH I COULD GIVE HIM 20 STARS ,BECAUSE THIS MAN IS TRULY REMARKABLE. 99
