I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with the front desk staff at BMC Pulmonology Functional Testing Department while trying to help my mother reschedule a pulmonary function test. The receptionist answered the phone became immediately rude and impatient over a simple miscommunication. When I called back a few minutes later to confirm the time, she was intentionally hostile and faked that the appointment slot was no longer open. Very respectful and amazing team
I've had two visits here. Doctors and nurses are great but their front desk receptionist are awful. Rude, dismissive, and perpetually annoyed like you're bothering them. Terrible public facing image! Do better.
I have been a patient at BMC for years, I have been a patient of Dr. Little's for 17 years. I have a phenomenal relationship with all of his staff, Sandra Janice to name a few. They have always been nothing but accommodating if there is an issue with my medications its resolved immediately. My doctor responds quickly when I message him on my chart. I am happy at BMC with my team.
