I have been a patient at BMC for years, I have been a patient of Dr. Little's for 17 years. I have a phenomenal relationship with all of his staff, Sandra Janice to name a few. They have always been nothing but accommodating if there is an issue with my medications its resolved immediately. My doctor responds quickly when I message him on my chart. I am happy at BMC with my team.
The level of care I have received has been absolutely appalling. Today was the last straw and the end of my relationship with BMC. I have asthma and my prescription for my inhaler ran out on the Thursday night before a holiday weekend. I called the pulmonology dept at 8:30 a.m. this morning (Friday) to get it refilled, making it clear that I was having difficulty breathing.
