The worst hotel I’ve ever lived for this money. Have lived 2 days and 1 day nobody clean the room. Towels, slippers delivery took 1 and half hour. Everything is old, rooms smells very bed (smells like old grandma house, where nobody lived 10 years), bathroom no comments, breakfast is nothing to eat except eggs. Only the name - Pullman and nothing! Don’t recommend for anyone!
The waiting for the lifts for up to 15min everytime we wanted to go somewhere or just go back to our room was very unpleasant! The check in staff failed to explain how the car parking worked nor that one entrance is not accessible after 11pm.
Stayed at the Pullman for 5 nights with my husband and 2 kids. This was our first stop on our visit to Australia after 30+ hours of travelling from east coast Canada. The hotel had lots of positives but also some unfortunate annoyances. 🤨 Pros: -amazing view of Hyde Park -comfortable beds -comfortable office desk space -big bathroom with separate shower and tub -staff very friendly and helpful -daily room service with fresh towels and beds made up -2pm check in was nice after a 30 hour journey from Canada -fantastic central... read more
Right in front of Hyde Park. However the rest was a bit disappointing. Hotel looks dated from lobby to the lift and room. Lifts were slow with only 2 available. Bathroom door looks like it's due for replacement. Bathroom setup transported me back to the 1990s. No toiletries were provided unless requested.
