I saw an NP named Lisa. She was nice enough, however, I was not listened to and did not feel cared about at all. I went to the NP for help but instead got ignored. She had no helpful suggestions for medications to help my condition when the one I was on wasn’t helping. It’s unfortunate there’s no other “GI specialists” in the area.
We receive kind, courteous, compassionate and informative care from the receptionist to the MA and Physicians at this office. Dr. Panko is always engaged in the conversations and has a genuine interest in your questions and concerns.
The medical assistant was extremely professional, competent, and knowledgeable
Terrific care from Dr. Visger and entire surgical team. Great pre and post op appointments in terms of educating me on what to expect and do. Surgery day itself was stress free thanks to caring and expert professionals on team. Couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend Pullman Surgical Associates.
