I used to trust this place, I really did. The receptionists were (and probably still are) amazing. They have nice doctors for the most part, 99% of their nurses were amazing. But they have 100% lost my trust. I came in last month having an issue holding still and having half of my face drooped, thinking I was having a seizure or stroke and just wanting help... and not only did they annoyingly tell me to "just stop" something I had no control over but on top of it the doctor threatened to and ended up calling the police on me... read more
The receptionist and the person who took my vitals were both extremely rude and thought I was faking, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for being there. The doctor and CNA were both so so kind, if not for them this would definitely be a 1 star review
My daughter has not been feeling well for a couple weeks. The last two days she’s had sharp pains in her chest and down her throat whenever eating food. It was getting increasingly worse and today I told her she needed to get checked out, this hospital the only provider open in her area. She is a student at WSU.
