Where these days do you find a 5 star hotel that is actually 5 star, for example, still offers turndown service, still has a wonderful porter and doorman service , terrific staff the absolute right people for these important positions. My husband and I revisited FNQ after a 24 year absence. We had a wonderful holiday made extra special by our accommodation. Highly recommend the Pullman Reef Hotel & Casino. Great location, room, food and service. Special mention to Matt the Concierge for making us feel so welcome and assisting us. I would also like to say thank you to whomever I spoke with on the phone at the start of the year for recommending the Tropical Package. Friends and family of ours will be coming to stay too!

Absolutely awesome location and helpful staff made me feel welcome at this reef casino accommodation. Great amenities like pool sauna spa and gym equipment. Food choices were good also. Will definitely return if possible.
