I’ve lived here for a while and unfortunately the property has gone very downhill. While the individual units can be nice, the rest of the property is often poorly maintained and unkempt. The biggest issue here is parking. There is a restaurant across the street and their customers regularly park in resident-only spaces, making it difficult for residents to find parking in their designated areas. I lived here when I first moved to Indianapolis Indiana it was a nightmare manager was young she didn't care about nothing she had her friends in there it was so chaotic they didn't care at all (it's all about the money) I didn't know where to move but after I got out of there oh my !!! I move ...oh somebody took over and they had new people came in... And I see now that it still hadn't gotten any better this was in 2021.....
