Management is absolutely ridiculous. No one ever answers the phone or responds to emails. I’m literally locked out of my apartment, after hours, because the battery in the door lock died or isn’t working. Calling the emergency maintenance did absolutely nothing. No one answered and it’s been hours. It’s now 9pm and I’m SOL because there’s no way to get anyone out here to fix this shit.
I really like the apartments, especially the individual units themselves. However, one of the main reasons I’m considering not renewing my lease is the condition and upkeep of the common areas, particularly the hallways and trash area. The hallway carpet is very dirty and could really use a deep cleaning. There is also a noticeable odor in the hallways, and dog hair is often caked up throughout the carpet. Parking it’s absolutely a nightmare due to King Jugg and the property does not tow or in force tow anymore. Called tow company and they dropped contract. Also had black mold on AC coil and maintenance came in and left and been 3 days still nothing. Feel like there is never a sense of urgency or pride in property. I haven’t seen anyone other than James working here in months and PM is never here. I pay $1500 a month after everything and it is not worth it nor should these cost that much.
The chances of finding someone at the front desk when they’re supposedly open are slim to none. No one answers the phone or gets back to you. Poor experience with their staff all around.
Hi everyone, just wanted to make everyone aware that I’m currently missing a package, and I’ve also noticed several opened and destroyed packages in the package room recently. Please keep an eye on your deliveries and report anything suspicious to management. Hopefully this issue can get resolved soon.
