Just signed my lease here… move in date was 6/20 & here I am, still with not a single item moved into this place as of 7/2.. Told me my apartment was “move-in ready”blowing me up to get my keys just for me to walk into a completely filthy apartment.. what happened to cleaning the apartment before the tenant moves in..? This is the first complex out of many of my renting years where I’ve walked into an apartment that was everything BUT nice.. filth here & there.. permanent stains from last tenants, leaking issues, you name it... read more
To qualify my review, my girlfriend lives here but I visit quite frequently and I'm so glad she's moving out soon. Building is as nice as you'd expect in Fishers, but the valet trash leaves the hallways smelling like garbage since people can't put just one bag in a bin and some even just leave their trash in the hall by the elevators because they're too lazy. No enforcement on this of any kind. The apartments also share parking with King Jugg restaurant which means that you'll have restaurant patrons parking in apartment spa... read more
