Pullman Performance is a place for people to grow both physically and mentally. We are a group of hard-working, like-minded individuals. Wrestlers and Athletes train after school in the Strength and Conditioning classes to perform better in their sport and stay healthy for competition. Parents and Adults train in the mornings in the Small Group Personal Training classes to get back in shape and lose body fat.

Breakthrough Performance coaches meet you where you are, care about your progression, and are compassionate - so you always feel welcome, no matter if you have some bumps in your training schedule. Now in my 40’s, I am always trying to raise my fitness level, but nagging injuries from a lifetime of athletics have sometime stopped my progress. The cardio would go well, but the strength training would irritate those old injuries. Eric and Breakthrough Performance gave me the specific workout structure and exercises to make gains without the wear and tear. I can get an amazing workout, gain big strength, and still feel phenomenal after. The recovery I feel the next day is awesome. Thanks Breakthrough!
I can’t say enough good things about Breakthrough! I reached out to Eric after a 5-year workout sabbatical and this time, I wanted a professional to tailor a workout regimen for me instead of doing the same workouts that may not be beneficial like I was doing in the past. Eric and team have done that and more, each workout session has exhausted but invigorated and I can honestly say I feel stronger and healthier.
I’ve tried all kinds of workouts over the years and was always told that strength training was what I was missing. The training at Breakthrough Performance is unique, personal, and effective. When I injured my shoulder outside the gym, Eric “fixed” me! He spent the time assessing the injury and giving me exercises to help my recovery. Love Evan, Eric & Matk. I'm an older women who stopped worked out years ago. They made me feel completely comfortable at my first session and I really enjoy working out again. It's only been 2 months and I've already increased most of my weights 2x. It is also mentally satisfying for me - makes me feel better about myself. Classes are small and everyone is really nice. I highly recommend Breakthrough Performance.
