Not a fun experience, could not wait to leave and go to our next hotel. To start the aircon in the room only worked like 20% of the time leaving me sweating bullets throughout the night which ended up with me lying on cold wet bed sheets. With that happening every night, of the 4 night stay we had they only cleaned our room once leaving me to sleep in the same gross bed that got gross because the aircon would turn itself off when it felt like it, we even requested our room be cleaned 2 of the days when we left to go explore ... read more
My sister and I had the pleasure of spending five nights at Pullman Hotel Melbourne CBD in July this year. Our room was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Check in and out was very easy. Our package included a daily glass of wine, late checkout and daily breakfast. The breakfast could not be faulted, such a large choice and it was delicious. We will definitely book again for next year. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Worst stay at an Accor property ever. I used to enjoy the service and benefits of being an Accor Plus member but not any more. The rooms are starting to look run down and in need of a refresh and then I went to watch TV and it didn’t work and the same with the internet. I rang reception and said rather than switching rooms I would like to check out. So I went ahead and booked another Accor property at Chadstone. I absolutely LOVE staying at the Pullman! I do regular business trips to Melbourne and always stay at the Pullman on Lt Bourke Street. The staff are, without fail, absolutely amazing and always ensure my stays are comfortable and enjoyable. I love the little added luxury of their Members' Lounge and the extra effort they invest in providing premium service. This Pullman hotel is definitely my home away from home
