I've only spoken on the phone with them but they've been nothing but rude. Whoever is the woman who answers the phone has zero patience and has a very belittling and dismissive tone. If there's any sort of miscommunication or misunderstanding she gets audibly irritated and mean. I'm surprised they're still in business and that they can keep any returning customers with how they communicate on the phone.
Wow just read the reviews and gave them a call about a new bike I have cash for and lady was pretty rude about it like she just wanted to get off the phone…
This place is absolutely worthless.
Do not waste your time here. These people will give you cancer with their attitudes. It is extremely unfortunate because it is such a convenient location, probably the only reason they get business. Unprofessional when dealing with any inquiry, they just can't handle being nice.
