I was looking for an estimate to compensate another driver for a very minor bumper paint chip, and this shop quoted $800 for the repair. The damage was small and cosmetic, yet the estimate seemed extremely high for what was actually needed. As someone trying to resolve the situation fairly, I felt the quote was excessive and did not reflect the minor nature of the damage.
