How to reduce stress levels – I found the accupuncture coupled with the massage treatments to be very helpful in reducing my stress levels. Woman who struggle with the fertlity process can become very stressed. Therefore, I highly recommend the accupuncture and massage treatments as a way to deal with the onset of stress.
Great Place for Support – Pulling Down the Moon is a great place for women to come together to share their experiences and knowledge about their fertility journey. I especially found the Fertility for Yoga classes helpful but have tried the accupuncture and massage treatments too which are wonderful!
