Very argumentative Driver today at Southampton was asked not to use phone within the yard as there was a recent accident which resulted in death. The driver wouldn’t have none of it also was asked to do his Hi viz jacket up to which he declined total disregard to Company policy please don’t rush back.
Came here to load, staff very co operative and efficient, yard very clean and tidy, loading quick.
I wasn't there by choice but it was a good stay. The staff were good and kept me sufficiently informed as to the processes going on around me. As an unwanted "intruder" into their operations this was greatly appreciated.
