Unfortunately after Serge Sonsoni retired our insurance was transferred here. I couldn’t be more disappointed after 10 years of of having progressive. The one time in all of 10 years I needed help with my policy we were confronted by the sad reality that the staff here isn’t up to par with what we are used to - just as unpleasant as they are unhelpful. Please don’t make the same mistake go anywhere else but here.
