Every time I go there it's something else and half the stuff I got was junk. The first time I needed a strut for my Taurus and the since hub is almost impossible to get off without a torch to the pinch bolt, and they want $30 for that, the girl told me just go ahead take it and when you get it off bring it back within 30 days for a refund. FALSE: No refund only store credit. Then they charge a core charge on used parts. That's incredible. I've never heard of that in my life. I bought a wheel and tire. First off - I never knew places like this existed. I needed a new sun visor for my car and it costs about $80 bucks online, but will cost $7 bucks at Pull-A-Part. The only catch is that you have to pull the part off the car....then it's yours. The place is pretty modern with touch screens to sort through cars and parts. Plenty of parking and I believe it's a standard two bucks to enter the junkyard. Enjoy!

I made an account just for this business, if you can call it that. It is obsurd that there is no way to talk to a human. If their automated system did anything other than hang up on me it wouldn't be that big of an issue, unfortunately that's not the case. I have a fleet of vehicles that need parts but this place won't be getting any of my company's business. Really wish that zero stars was an option.

Absolutely horrible experience. I scheduled to have my 1994 Toyota Camry picked up today and they said they would be there between 1p and 5p. The car currently has a dead battery so I had to recruit a friend to help me push the car out of the garage when 1 came around so the hauler wouldn't have to wait if he came. It's 8:40p now and have been calling Pull-A-Part multiple times just for them to constantly give me the run-around and tell me "Oh your hauler will be calling you shortly" and nothing. Be warned! This place will re-nig in a heart beat! I worked out a deal for 55 cars to be purchased thru the car buyer at this location, price done, I was waiting on paperwork only for 2 cars. I call the Buyer rep, the phone is disconnected, I e-mail the rep, e-mail bounced. Called corp office call center, they gave me the email and phone of the car buyer that is not good, called call center back, the next day, now states the Car Buyer was let go, no one has a clue who will buy these now, I left my info NO ONE ever called me ... read more

There facility has drastically changed since new management has arrived. I think this new management is gonna cost this Nashville location to close down most employees lack people skills. There rude and unprofessional. I've done business with that company for several years was satisfied with company until new management arrived. I now have to do business else where the prices are different so there for it cost me alot of money. But now I have new contacts and I'm doing just fine and I feel the new management cost me business... read more

Be careful while you are out in the yard by yourself, anything can happen. All in all the prices are ok, and the people in the store are ok.
