Have taken my vehicles to Puleo’s for wheel and tire swaps on multiple vehicles over the last 6 years. Everyone I have worked with has been very friendly and the service provided done has been excellent. I will keep coming here for my car care needs.
In short, I had an excellent experience with Puleos. The owner personally gave me service which I didn't expect or ask for, but was absolutely appreciated given my circumstances. For example, my battery died shortly after they worked on my vehicle. They could have easily said "too bad, bring it in". Instead, the owner kindly drove to my home to test the battery, and even brought an employee to take the car back and replace the battery. Incredible personalized service. I've been using them for a number of years. Several times I've had an emergency and they had me come in right away and took care of the problem. They are friendly, helpful and do a great job. I highly recommend them!
