BEWARE!!!!! I had a terrible experience. I booked an appt a week prior to the date I was going to receive service. I arrived 15 min early with the assumption it would be done in 2-3 hrs. I drove past the shop 3 hrs and my van was still just relaxing in the parking lot. I spoke to the manager and he said they take the cars in as they can so in reality I didn’t need an appt.
