We were out of town and my seasonal allergies turned into bronchitis. This was the most efficient urgent care I have been to in years! They were so nice and I was in and out faster than I could finish my paperwork. Highly recomment this place!
I’m not even sure of the name of the doctor who saw me, as he did not wear a visible badge and never properly introduced himself. He was extremely rude, dismissive, and critical throughout the entire visit. His bedside manner was completely subpar and, quite honestly, concerning. Patients come to their doctors when they are sick and vulnerable. We should be able to expect basic professionalism, respect, and compassion regardless of our personal health choices. Unfortunately, none of that was present during this visit.
I got bit last week which I was assuming a spider on my thigh. We never have spiders in our camp, but for some reason when we got back from florida of this year, we had so many cobwebs, baby spiders and and we knew mama was somewhere. Other folks on our street were complaining about the same thing. One day I woke up with this little whitehead on my inner thigh.And obviously who wakes up with a whitehead pops, it. Pulaski Urgent Care was so caring and empathetic. I went there Sunday morning having issues with my lungs. The receptionist was kind. Nurse Melinda was very understanding and comforting. I was aggressively coughing and having trouble breathing. Jowell (PA) examined me and he determined I needed to have a prednisone shot and suggested some OTC meds in addition. I’m still recovering; but so thankful for the care that I was given. I recommend them.
