We're here on vacation. I took my daughter in for an ear infection that was still causing her pain even after 4 days (and 2 different antibiotics) We saw the two NPs (Dave and Rodney) one brought the other one in as an extra set of eyes and another opinion. This mama was letting her anxiety get the best of her, and they were so kind and explained what they thought the issue is. My daughter and I both left feeling much better. We were in and our in 30 minutes.
This urgent care was very fast and helped us within minutes. The x-rays that were taken, took maybe 10 minutes max. Mike was amazing and he was so nice and made us feel extremely comfortable. It was the best urgent care visit we’ve ever had in our lives!!
Without question the best urgent care I have experienced in Jefferson County, or anywhere for that matter. Incredibly timely, respectful, and informative staff, and I will be stopping in there again no question. Thanks Dr. Rodney!
My daughter went to UC feeling absolutely terrible. A nurse named Mike helped her out and made her feel comfortable. Any time we called he was very helpful. It's good to see a nurse listen to his patients concern and not try rushing them through. Sometimes when you go to these facilities you just feel like a number because they are so busy. Don't lose him!
