I cannot speak highly enough about how wonderful the nurses and staff are here. I've been two months trying to get my daughters vaccine records straight due to a clerical error somewhere else. Even Richmond was of no help. I was distraught and defeated and took one last chance trying to find someone to help me. They said they'd try, and they succeeded!
