The younger girl has always been sweet however the older lady has always been absolutely disgusting and today I was just done with it. I have bit my tongue every other time for the sake of my daughters but I shouldn't have to do that. Ive called before about this lady cause she was rude to my mother. Depends on how their days are going. But we’ve gotten the good and bad from them. Our old WIC office always called to remind us of our appointments even if it was an automated message but this office doesn’t so it’s hard for busy families to remember every appointment. We also have to bring in all the forms almost every time we go there, which is also a pain.
