I was having trouble with some property and Michael was incredibly patient in helping me resolve my issues. He was organized, professional, kind and understanding, helping me navigate the system and troubleshoot the issue I was having. The security personnel were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. The DAV lady who helped clarify the assessor taxes (I am new to AR, so this was all a new experience) was very kind and helpful as well.
