First off, "THEY ARE NOT A HOSPITAL, THEY ARE A CLINIC SPECIALTY CENTER AND THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED BY AAHA (AMERICAN ANIMAL HOSPITAL ASSOCIATION)". This is what certain rude staff members and a irresponsible office manager have done to my beloved Emotional Support companions and myself. My senior pets were both diagnosed terminally ill. I took my dog in for a check up and a ultrasound (pregnancy) I was told she wasn’t pregnant (ok) and that she was a little overweight but in good health . I then asked about the rash on her hind legs…….he had to go look ??!! What !!??? You just “checked her” My dog is still gaining weight(I’m not feeding her more food) I’m confused . The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the nurses
