Such an awesome dr. Hate that he is Christiana now takes for ever to get in and the front office is miserable
If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Have been calling for a week to get my basic maintenance meds refilled for blood pressure, thyroid, anxiety. On Monday, was told they'd put in the request to Dr Pula and he has 3 days to send in script. Okay. Called pharmacy on Wednesday afternoon. No refills. Called office and was told, rudely I might add, well he has 3 days. I understand that, but I called on Monday. It's now Wednesday. I'm pretty sure that's 3 days! I think Dr. Pula is fantastic. He listens well, and comes up with solutions. He also has an excellent bedside manner.
Absolute hack! Go someone else. This guy should lose his license for being incompetent.
