They do the bare minimum in everything they do, avoid these people at all costs! I’m looking for a new doctor as I’m typing this! They can’t do the job they are paid for I called them, they called me… they still dropped the ball
Pukalani Family Practice has been there for me every time I needed help for the past 12 years. The staff is professional, kind caring and their communication is excellent. I am grateful for their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.
I went to this clinic for a little over a year, after moving to Upcountry. Despite having a somewhat complex medical history, I never saw or met the physician any of my 3-4 visits to the office. The office decor was like I was walking into a big-game hunter's 1960's era living room, with out of date furniture and creepy photos on the walls. After I saw an old, yellowed inappropriately ribald cartoon taped to the ceiling above the exam table (for a women's exam), I moved my care to Wailea Medical Center.
