I injured both of my ankles within the past year from sports/climbing, and acupuncture honestly helped way more than I expected. After my first ankle sprain, the swelling went down but my ankle mobility was still really limited. I tried acupuncture and felt immediate improvement in range of motion. The second time, I could barely put weight on my heel, and the pain was significantly relieved after treatment. Paul is really caring and experienced!
