This is a very nice clinic. Estephanie was very nice kind and friendly. Shows interest and concern for patients. I truly appreciate her along with the doctors and front desk staff here.
Passive aggressive gatekeeper staff that don't return phone calls, don't take messages for the doctor, don't let you know what's going on with your prior auths...sadistically taking pleasure in withholding access to the sample meds that literally keep me functional. I had an initial visit last month. Amanda Gogna is great, and told me that if the prior authorizations weren't done by the time I ran out of meds, I could pick up samples. Why does it take 20-30 minutes to get ahold of staff every time i call. I was supposed to see Dr Puja but only seen her nurse practitioner. I feel as if we are not as important as patients to see the doctor i am assigned to. Usually they let you know before if theres a change.
Staff is always friendly and yet professional. Doctors are great as well. They always take the needed time with you. Highly recommend.
