Always so friendly and helpful
Stephanie had me fill out all the required info and once I told her that was complete she said she, "I will work on this and get quote(s) back to you by tomorrow afternoon". I never heard from her again, even after following up. I tried reaching out to Pugmire and never got a response.
I have been with Pugmire for several years now and have insured probably 10 cars and 2 homes in that amount of time, and I have to say they have always been pretty great at what they do. I call, they answer, and they fix whatever problem I'm having really fast. Couldn't really ask for more. I have "bear river" insurance through them, but I know they also do other ones so it's nice if I need to get other quotes or keep my options open.
This brokerage will only take your money. If you actually need to use their services as a broker as help to maintain your insurance they could NOT care less about you. You have been warned.
