I got in touch with Debbie regarding an overpayment for my taxes and social security. She explained that she would help me and then after months of dodging my phone calls and asking me to wait I never heard back from her. I am currently in touch with the better business bureau regarding her service. I honestly think she disregarded my case because she is racist.
Terrific knowledge and customer service, been making the 2 plus hour drive down to get their expertise for 19 years and counting!
