Very rude people. The customer service is terrible. Fair warning, you do not want to deal with these people. I wish I would have look up the reviews first

I am writing this review for my 69 year old father. He is retired and lives on a fixed income. He has a 5 acre yard which is keeps looking like a golf course. He recently purchased a $150 part for his tractor from Pugh's. Turns out it was the wrong part, too big. He asked to return it, still in the original package, unopened. He offered to pay the shipping and restock fee. The manager/owner Ms. Patty Pugh refused. Their return policy, which is posted, states at managements discretion. Won't be back – When I dropped off my mower, I was treated rudely. The nasty tone of the phone call telling me to come pick it up was unbelievable. When I picked it up, the young mechanic sent to retrieve it couldn't get it to start. When he took it back to the shop to investigate the problem, his superiors chastized him. Considering what I was charged and how I was treated, I won't be going back.
