I went in thinking something was wrong with the transmission itself, but they boiled it down to a possible computer issue. And they did not charge me an arm and a leg.
We started using Pugh's when our normal mechanic left the horrible shop we used before and started working here. Pugh's is the best auto repair shop in the area. Honest people. Great service. They don't push unnecessary repairs, only what needs to be done. They stand behind their work. They replaced a cooling fan and within 2 days, the fan stopped working. I went to Pugh’s recently for an oil change and tire rotation. They gave great and timely service at a very reasonable price. I recommend them.
Been using them for several years now. Always very nice and straight to the point. They don’t try to upsell you on anything that’s unnecessary. Even when busy they’re able look at my car and have it ready in a few days tops. Cannot recommend them enough.
