This is a customer service review. Not a mechanical service review. I called Pugh's and was transferred to the service dept. 2.26.25 Before I could even get into explaining the issues with the car I was calling about, I simply noted that "It was kind of long story, but I'll try to make it short" (I wanted to make sure I gave the neccesary context as to what the car was doing) To which the gentlemen I was speaking with replied "Yes if you could make it short that would be nice, I am very busy and I have a lot of work to do". ... read more
