I was told by another shop that I need a new engine and they were able to find that it was just a couple of bad components and save me $8,000. There really are some honest mechanic shops out there. Fantastic
These idiots don't know a thing about vehicles & still charge you for absolutely NOTHING!! I took my truck there 3 times for a coolant leak... still leaking. Took it to a real repair shop... had a loose clamp on lower rad hose!! This place is a joke & I'll never ever go there again!!!!!!!
I read the reviews before calling to set an appointment, f igured I would give them a shot. Come my appointment time I showed up they greeted me when they unlocked the door and then when I walked up to the counter, I was greeted again, after my vehicle was finished I received excellent customer service. They told me exactly what they did. They even showed me on paper and it ended with a handshake and a money exchange. I had such a great experience. I would definitely go back.
Pugh's definitely lives up to their name: 5 stars! Beyond being incredibly accommodating and helpful with a broke-down car from out of town, we received EXCELLENT service from start to finish! We were impressed how quickly they figured out the problem, how they provided timely updates, and how they QUICKLY repaired it, well within the expected time they originally told us! Best in town, trustworthy, honest.. We bought tires, & during mounting technician noticed one rear wheel was cracked, & notified us that it was unsafe to use! We bought a new wheel, and Pughs put it on no problem!! Probably saved us injury, or worse. Thank You..!
