Pugh’s Earthworks always does a wonderful job. The experiences I have had have been both professional and efficient. Anytime a space was left unfinished, if I reach out to the manager it is taken care of.
I live in Caleb Chase neighborhood where you guys are responsible for the neighborhood lawn care. You guys were here today and left many places un finished. This is not the first time we have had this issue. Is this all we can expect from your company in the future?
Had an incident happen regarding a worker and my car getting damaged. Reached out to the manager Drew 3 times never even got a response (call or text back) . I finally got the number to the office the secretary answered stated they were aware of situation and was not responsible and hung up in my face, I was appalled!!! Very unprofessional from both the Manager Drew and the secretary.

I don't know about their business but know the employees driving habit! On 19th of Sep, 2022 6pm Pugh's truck was tailgating my car on very narrow and curvy Battle road! My son said that car was too close and felt very threatened!! You'd better find out that driver and don't let that person to drive that way! If you want I have a picture I took!
