This place is a straight rip offf…I took My 2 yr old Generac power washer to them, and told them it wouldn’t start after I down a seasonal drain of prior gas(which I burn premium in it every yr that I had it)I changed the spark plug and all before I dropped it off 3weeks ago…Just to get a call today from a rep that told Me that I had a bad carburetor and it would cost more to replace than the price I paid for it($300)…They quoted Me $460 and asked do I want them to dispose it or do I want to pick it up…I told them that I wil... read more
So far so bad. They are the local company for the warranty. Dropped the item off over a month ago & rude woman answered & had an attitude because we paid money for a diagnostic check then nothing, so calling to ask what's up. We should have gotten a clue of how efficient they are from all the stuff they have piled up in their yard for repair. Praying that they actually do the job sometime in the near future, at least.
Great staff able to take care of what I needed
Completely Robbed a single Mother who trusted this company! Charged her over $300 dollars for an Oil Change and blinker replacement! I wouldn't recommend them if place was the last shop left on earth! Don't take your vehicle there you will be Completely disappointed and Robbed! They are a Bonnie and Clyde team looking to squeeze every Dollar out of your pocket!
