If I could give Pugh Truck and Auto 6 stars I would. I was on a road trip when my van started to smell strongly of transmission fluid and smoking. I called every mechanic from junction to Glenwood and nobody could take a look at it for weeks. Ron, however said to stop on by, and that he'd make time to look at it that day. I got bad news: my van inevitably needed extensive work. I hadn't found a mechanic I could trust with my special van- few people new what to do with a dual clutch transmission. But Ron did. Called him in high hope he would take on a horse trailer bearings /brakes/tires. He accommodated me and had it done fast! Told him he’ll be my go to from here on out ! Great communication and work done
Ron is a nice gentleman and customer friendly, but I have gone through 2 sets of rotors & pads after 60,000 miles that Pugh had installed and now needing another set plus a new caliper due to the poor brake installation. These were the heavy duty pads & rotors that law enforcement uses and I don't haul/tow anything. AVOID.
Don’t post much, but kudos to Ron @ Pugh’s. My rusted up car finally sheared through an exhaust and Ron was able to get it fixed up in a jiffy & running quiet again in a quick time-table for my travels. Much appreciated, highly recommended
