As the Cemetery Administrator for one of Sacramento's best and largest private cemeteries, I use this company's headstone engraving services a lot (at least a few times per month) and can't say enough about how pleased I always am with their work. I could not be more satisfied with the service snd product received at Pugh Memorial. Rex was a great, creative help as I designed my spouse’s memorial. There was a set fee given me and no pressure to pay off the memorial. Once paid the actual work began. I had requested some art work and Rex designed it perfectly. I had given a July 4th deadline. I left town in May and when I returned a week later, to my surprise, the Memorial was placed just in time for Memorial ceremonies, for my grandson and scout to attend to the site. ... read more
Rex did an amazing job on the headstone for my Wife , he made the whole process very easy and it was a pleasure working with him to design just what I wanted , and he did just that !
Rex translated my feelings and requests for my husbands’ headstone perfectly. His artistic ability resulted in a beautiful tribute to my Husband. Rex finished and installed the headstone in time for the anniversary of my Husbands’ passing. Non of my family knew about the headstone until we met at the cemetery. My sons were so happy. Lots of tears were shed that night. Thank you Rex for your patience, kindness and compassion.
What a wonderful company! At the height of suffering my sister’s death, Rex, the owner of Pugh Memorials, was kind and generous with his time. His creativity and expertise in drawing beautiful renderings of the iris’ and violin that I wanted were marvelous. His pricing and delivery time were excellent. But his caring demeanor stays with me throughout the loss. Thank you again Rex!
