VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! WE PURCHASED OUR SOFA AND LOVESEAT LAST YEAR AT PUGH FURNITURE IN CHARLESTON. WE WERE IN A HURRY AS WE WERE EXPECTING A HOUSE FULL OF COMPANY OVER THE HOLIDAYS. WE LOOKED AT A VERY LIMITED STOCK ON THE 1ST FLOOR AND THEN WERE LED UP TO 2 ADDITIONAL FLOORS OF LIVINGROOM SUITS WHICH WERE ALL MIXED UP AND UNDER PLASTIC. IT WAS VERY VERY DARK AND DIRTY ON THE OTHER FLOORS AND TRYING TO LOOK AT FURNITURE IN THE DARK COVERED IN PLASTIC AND TRYING TO LOCATE THE MATCHING PIECES WAS A NIGHTMARE. Sorry...Never again! I was looking for a waterbed. I called these folks to inquire and the salesman said he had a display model he could give me a “real deal” on. I work seven days a week and was trying to furnish an apartment. Fast! I am from out of town. I arrived at the store and the salesman showed me the queen size display model. It was nice. Very nice. Reasonably Priced Furniture This is a large furniture warehouse with several floors. They offer a wide selection at very reasonable prices. I always watch for their semi-annual sales when things can be acquired at quite a price reduction. The salesmen are attentive and helpful, and they provide delivery and old furniture removal at a small extra charge.

Pugh's Customer Service We purchased an entire house of furniture from Pugh Furniture in Feb., 2010. The selection was limited but we found furniture that we liked. When it was delivered the delivery men layed the cushions from the couch and loveseat on the baseboard heaters and burned them , almost burning house. It took me 5 calls to Pugh to get my cushions replaced. First they sent the wrong cushions. After 3 months and several phone calls we got the cushion covers replaced. Family Friendly Atmosphere - Quality Furniture Pugh furniture has been great to our family. We have four kids, and they are hard on the furniture. My oldest broke a part of his bunk bed, and Pugh sent repairmen out the next day. They repaired the bed, and left extra pieces in case he did more damage. We have purchased a cedar chest, coffee table and dresser all from Pugh. We have been more than satisfied with the quality and the price.
